Jessica started her career with Southland Industries designing and managing design-build-maintain projects.  From there she has had the opportunity to support and manage Southland’s ERP selection and implementation initiative, then she moved on to building the Learning and Development Department and now is focused on Operational Excellence in full time capacity. Jessica has been actively involved in the lean construction community from the start of her career, driving efficiency and focused improvements internally at Southland, on projects, and in the industry as a whole.
