The project production systems we are working with are complex and adaptive systems. They involve numerous people, parts, and components, with synergies between them.

In order to advance the practical application and theoretical underpinnings of lean thinking to ensure their consistent intended performance and to improve that performance, we are keen on collaborating with industry participants who are willing to question the status quo, promote new thinking, and experiment with new approaches.
